Back up by uploading to OneDrive. To bulk delete, move, or manage where you store your game clips or screenshots on your Xbox console, launch the Captures app: Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Go to My games & apps > See all > Apps > Captures. Set your filters to locate the captures you want to back up. Select Manage.

Add and sync shared folders to OneDrive for home. When someone shares a folder with you, it appears in the Shared section of your OneDrive.com. If you have Edit permissions to those shared folders, you can add them to the My files section of your OneDrive to make them easier to access and work with.
